Project Background
C&H Electric partnered with KBE Building Corporation on the 178,000-square-foot ground-up construction of a senior living facility along the Connecticut shoreline. The facility features 160 residences across independent living, assisted living, and memory care units, designed to provide a comfortable and safe environment for residents.
The Challenge

- Completing the electrical work amid COVID-19-related supply chain disruptions, requiring innovative and consultative solutions to ensure the project stayed on schedule.
- Installing critical power systems to meet the standby and life safety power needs of the facility’s residents.
